All Diamond LIT products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, THCA may convert to psychoactive THC when heated.

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local, state, and federal laws regarding hemp-derived products. Diamond LIT is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your purchase or use of our products.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We only ship within the United States to jurisdictions where hemp-derived products are legal. Shipping times may vary. Diamond LIT is not responsible for delays or seizures due to regulatory issues in your area.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery for a resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

Diamond LIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to bodily injury, loss of income, or legal complications.
