We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on disposable vapes, even if opened. If you're not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund within 15 days of delivery by contacting us through our contact page. You must include your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product. Refunds are issued once your request is reviewed and approved.
Important Notes:
- Refunds apply only to disposable vape products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Used items must not be fully consumed (less than 50% used).
- We do not offer exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If eligible, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
